Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as perfumes (if opened/used) and personal use products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details. Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the return process.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/video), and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product).
